Bromma is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our EMEA team! This role will focus on providing service-related support, including commissioning, warranty work, and RUPS.
The job will be based in Dubai, UAE with frequent travel in ME and Africa.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Provide aftersales support to customers
- Address customer claims and quality concerns
- Perform on-site fault finding, repairs, testing, and software updates
- Offer first-level technical support and remote support within EMEA
- Support refurbishment and upgrade projects (technical, implementation, and sales).
- Deliver product training to customers.

What you bring to the role:
- Education in Electronics/PLC/Programming or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with heavy machinery
- Minimum 2 years of relevant business/product experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems
- Strong computer skills and fault-finding/error diagnostic logic
- Technical background and good communication skills
- Structured approach to work
- Fluency in English.
