Bromma is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our EMEA team! This role will focus on providing service-related support, including commissioning, warranty work, and RUPS.

The job will be based in Dubai, UAE with frequent travel in ME and Africa.

What are your key responsibilities: 

• Provide aftersales support to customers
• Address customer claims and quality concerns
• Perform on-site fault finding, repairs, testing, and software updates
• Offer first-level technical support and remote support within EMEA
• Support refurbishment and upgrade projects (technical, implementation, and sales).
• Deliver product training to customers.

What you bring to the role: 

• Education in Electronics/PLC/Programming or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with heavy machinery
• Minimum 2 years of relevant business/product experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems
• Strong computer skills and fault-finding/error diagnostic logic
• Technical background and good communication skills
• Structured approach to work
• Fluency in English.
