Base Salary: $28 - $34 per hour + Eligible for Annual Bonue + Excellent Benefits

The Role

 

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver to be the go-to person for all Bromma spare parts requests in the US and Canada. In this role, you’ll be the link between our customers and the solutions they need—keeping port operations running smoothly.

 

From managing orders in SAP, to troubleshooting with our engineers, to building lasting relationships with port operators, you’ll be at the heart of our North American operations.

What You'll Do

 

  • Handle spare parts quotes, orders, and returns in SAP
  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for daily customer inquiries (email, phone, online portal)
  • Prioritize urgent customer requests and own them from start to finish
  • Collaborate with customers to recommend and prepare customized parts lists and suggested in-house inventory
  • Coordinate daily with remote warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing and deliveries
  • Research & identify correct parts using multiple resources including schematics, diagrams, technical drawings & blueprints
  • Provide technical support alongside our in-house engineers
  • Assist field service engineers with warranty parts and service requests
  • Promote the sale of Bromma products & service  prepare customized parts lists
  • Occasionally travel to customer & other Bromma sites as needed to maintain business relationships (2–3 times/year)
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related) required— OR Associate’s + 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 2–4 years in technical support or sales within manufacturing, production, logistics, or warehouse environments- required
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read diagrams, technical drawings, schematics & blueprints
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and customer service focus
  • Valid driver’s license, with insurable driving record
  • Valid Passport or ability to obtain one immediately upon hire
  • Valid TWIC Card or ability to obtain one immediately upon hire
