Process Specialist, Sales & Operations Planning

Purpose of the position

  • With the support and strategic guidance of their line manager, the Process Specialist will support the Global Process Owner for Sales & Operations Planning in the development and coordination of process-related activities within the Division.
  • They will help identify opportunities for improvement and learning within the Sales & Operations Planning process area

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the business process steering, development, implementation and Continual Improvement in the Division
  • Drives the identification of Sales & Operations Planning process area development needs and synergy opportunities in the Division
  • Coordinates implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning process within the Bromma Division and ensures Divisional needs and requirements are taken into consideration
  • Collaborates with Global Process Owner for Sales & Operations Planning in evaluation of development initiatives managed at group level and those at Division level
  • Aligns the Division specifics in Sales & Operations Planning process area according to the global plans and targets and is responsible for effective global Process Leadership governance and practices in implementation within the Division
  • Identifies and challenges deviations and ensures a unified and compliant way of working in the Division
  • Accountable for selected business process KPIs, including target setting, and reports process performance within the Divisions
  • Promotes Process Leadership and development of best practices, techniques and standards in the Division
  • May have a role (e.g. steering group member, project manager, project team member) in process development related projects
  • Coordinates Sales & Operations Planning process-specific IM & Data development in their Division
  • Acts as Division owner for joint IM solutions related to Sales & Operations Planning Process Area
  • Align Sales & Operations Planning process requirements with Division specific IM & Data development portfolio

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Profound subject matter knowledge within the Division to develop the Sales & Operations Planning Process Area
  • Ability to support process development activities in a matrix environment, with guidance and direction from line manager or more senior colleagues
  • Good understanding of communication and change management practices to help engage stakeholders and promote process adoption
  • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills to support coordination with different teams and stakeholders
  • Continual Improvement mindset to implement leading practices and optimize processes and IM systems
  • Experience working in or supporting process-related initiatives within a cross-functional setting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Awareness of process governance, compliance, and harmonization within Division, aligning with corporate strategy
  • Ability to recognize risks and improvement opportunities and escalate them appropriately
