Purpose of the position
Project Engineers manage the planning and processes of a project and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage project objectives - Ensure products/projects are delivered as per required quality, lead time and cost
- Investment - Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets and Cost Benefit Analysis
- Communications - Responsible to organize appropriate meetings and information sharing to ensure project team members are well informed on project status
- Decision making - Take decision on any ad-hoc situation of project
- Project team competency development - Organize training, project post-mortem to improve project management
- Procedure maintenance - Develop, communicate and maintain industrialization project procedures
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
▪ Min Diploma in any Engineering field
Experience
▪ 5 years experience in Project management
Skills
▪ MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
▪ Good analytical and problem solving skills
▪ Communication
▪ Leadership
Competencies
▪ Able to take pressure on leading project team members from various departments
▪ High drive to bring changes in project management
