Are you ready to make a real impact by turning data into decisions that shape strategic direction? We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Terminal Tractors leadership team with sharp insights, clear reporting, and meaningful analysis. In this role, you will help drive strategy execution, strengthen market understanding, and elevate project effectiveness across our global organization.

What are your key responsibilities:

 

  • Market Intelligence: Own and drive the annual Situational Analysis process, as well as monthly market and competitor updates and follow-up.

  • Strategy reporting: Maintain Terminal Tractors strategy KPIs and support RCCM analysis with data insights.

  • Management support: Conduct special deep dive studies and analysis to support effective decision making. 

  • PMO reporting & support: Own and develop Terminal Tractors PMO reporting supporting Project Managers to run NPD and strategic projects effectively.

What you bring to the role:

 

  • Educational Foundation: University degree, preferably a Master’s in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Analytical & Financial Insight: 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting, with strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets.

  • Market & Competitor Understanding: Ability to assess competitor performance and strategies, identify market trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Data Visualization & Communication: Skilled in simplifying complex topics through effective visualizations and presentations that support alignment and decision-making.

  • Tools & Reporting Mastery: Advanced capability in managing complex datasets in Google Sheets and building automated dashboards in Google Looker Studio.

  • Challenger Mindset & Growth Attitude: Confidence to challenge assumptions and make recommendations based on data, paired with a can-do mindset and strong desire to learn and grow with Kalmar.
