4. Documentation & Reporting
You will compile and organize all documentation related to field service activities, maintain internal dashboards and tools for KPI tracking and reporting, and ensure technical documents are properly archived and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.

5. Stock Inventory Support
You will support inventory management by generating stock-related documents in SAP, assisting with physical stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies observed during inventory checks.

6. General Support Tasks
You will provide general administrative support to the Service Operations Manager and field teams, take part in regular team meetings, and contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations. As part of your growth, you’ll gradually take on more advanced responsibilities in service coordination.

What we offer you:

Permanent contract (CDI) with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including CIMR (retirement plan), Mutuelle (private health insurance), schooling allowance, Achoura allowance, transportation allowance, and a 13th month salary.

We believe in our people as it is our people who really make the difference. We always work in close collaboration with our customers, deliver on our promises and never walk away no matter how big the challenge. We succeed because we do it together.
