Parts and service sales representative

Purpose of the position

The Spare Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) plays a key role in actively identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities in the areas of spare parts and service solutions, including digital solutions, equipment modernization, and repairs, within Poland.
Reporting to the Kalmar Country Director, this role is responsible for building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to effectively align Kalmar's service offerings with their specific needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Implementing the market strategy and achieving the company’s budgetary goals for the sale of spare parts, service solutions, and digital solutions through effective management of relationships with existing customers and active acquisition of new business partners.
  • Building and developing relationships with existing and potential clients, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Managing the sales plan to ensure a steady flow of new sales opportunities and increase company revenue.
  • Conducting data analysis from company applications and the equipment fleet to identify potential additional sales opportunities.
  • Preparing commercial offers, negotiating, and executing contracts for spare parts, service solutions, and digital solutions.
  • Developing advertising campaigns in collaboration with the local team and the central organization.
  • Preparing sales reports, analyses, and forecasts.
  • Actively participating in projects focused on developing the commercial offering.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.
  • Monitoring and appropriately reporting on competitor activities.
  • Ensuring high data accuracy in the CRM system.
  • Working with the SAP system.
  • Ensuring proper document flow.

What you’ll need to succeed

Essential:

  • Technical secondary education (mechanical, electrical, or related fields).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Communicative knowledge of English.
  • Computer skills (Google tools, MS Office suite).
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Reliability, accuracy, punctuality, organization, customer orientation, loyalty, discretion.

Desirable:

  • Higher education (Economics, Logistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields).
  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer service in the material handling equipment industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at the CAE level).
  • SAP, CRM Salesforce proficiency.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Knowledge of the material handling equipment industry.
  • Proven sales achievements.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Experience in key account management.
  • Willingness for further professional development.
