Are you looking for new challenges in automation, electrical engineering, and machine building? Join our Final Assembly (FAS) team as a Commissioning Engineer. You will be responsible for commissioning and testing advanced machinery at our facility and leading field projects for clients worldwide.
The role is located in Gdynia (Poland), we are looking for local candidates.
What are your key responsibilities:

Commissioning & Testing: Conduct machine testing and commissioning in the factory and during final assembly at customer sites.

Process Development: Develop workstation layouts, select tools, create assembly instructions, and prepare technical documentation.

Optimization & LEAN: Implement improvements in assembly processes and component management according to LEAN and 5S principles.

Quality Management: Analyze root causes of non-conformities, eliminate their impact, and develop quality assurance processes.

Tooling Optimization: Ensure high-efficiency production tools and collaborate with other departments to streamline the supply chain.

What you bring to the role:

Education: Higher technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

Experience: Practical experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role (3+ years of experience as an Automation/Production Engineer in heavy industry or Maintenance is a plus).

Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of automation and hydraulic systems, with proven troubleshooting skills in control systems (PLC programming, inverters, and industrial networks are a plus).

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English (CAE-level proficiency is an advantage).

Certifications (Nice to have): SEP up to 1 kV, mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP), and forklift licenses.
