We are seeking a Development Manager, Data & Analytics to join our Finance Development & Analytics team.
As a key member of the Finance Development & Analytics team, you will drive our mission to improve internal decision-making and business processes. You will work with state-of-the-art data management, business intelligence, and advanced analytics tools to provide actionable insights. A central focus of your role will be leading the development of internal web applications and dashboards using modern, AI-supported development workflows.
This role is remote-friendly, allowing you to work from the location that suits you best.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Data and Analytics Development: Hands-on development of datasets using SQL and creating data visualizations in spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentations.
- Web App & Dashboard Contribution: Assist in building and maintaining internal web applications for dashboards, leveraging AI-driven coding tools to accelerate the development lifecycle.
- Product Support: Maintain and support existing Group-level data products for internal customers, acting as a subject matter expert during the coverage period.
- Democratization and Support: Foster a self-service culture by offering training and sharing best practices to help business users independently leverage analytics tools.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with analytics end-users, cloud architects, and data engineers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

What you bring to the role:
- Advanced Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Core Programming Proficiency: You possess strong programming knowledge beyond SQL (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and are comfortable with key programming concepts and data structures.
- AI-Driven Development Expertise: You are proficient in AI-supported coding and know how to effectively leverage AI assistants to write, debug, and optimize code.
- Modern Data Tooling: You have experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI) and a desire to work with Google Apps Script or front-end basics (JS/HTML/CSS).
- Data-Driven Professional Experience: You have a proven track record in a data-driven role within a high-performance environment, delivering actionable insights under tight timelines.
