The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service assignments for the company’s customers. This role is central to ensuring efficient use of resources, high customer satisfaction, and smooth collaboration between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
What are your key responsibilities:

Plan and schedule technicians for service, repair, and maintenance of machinery.

Coordinate incoming service requests and assign work orders to technicians based on skills, location, priority, and availability.

Ensure that necessary spare parts are delivered prior to each assignment.

Prioritize urgent tasks and manage them quickly and efficiently.

Follow up on ongoing and completed assignments, document activities in the system, and contribute to reporting.

Support the Service Manager with planning, statistics, and administrative tasks as needed.

What you bring to the role:
-
High school education, preferably with a focus on automotive or technical studies.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in coordination, planning, or administrative work within service, workshop, logistics, or similar operations.

Experience in the machinery or automotive industry is highly desirable.

Proficient with computers and experience with business systems, e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
