Are you passionate about creating safer and healthier workplaces and making a real impact across different countries and cultures?

We are looking for an HSE Specialist based in Brazil or Chile to join our team and support the development and implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives across Latin America.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with employees, leaders, dealers, suppliers, and HSE teams across the region, contributing to a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with local requirements and alignment with our global HSE standards.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Provide HSE expertise and guidance to management, employees, dealers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders across Latin America, supporting a strong safety culture and compliance with local and global standards.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs and initiatives, including risk assessments, safety awareness activities, training, toolbox talks, and preventive actions.

  • Identify and manage occupational health, safety, and environmental risks across processes, activities, equipment, and workplaces, including ergonomics and psychosocial risks.

  • Lead HSE incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Coordinate HSE-related services, equipment, and resources, including specialized providers, PPE, workwear, and other safety materials, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective implementation.

  • Monitor and report HSE performance, preparing monthly reports and analyses while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and procedures.

What you bring to the role:

  • HSE Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with relevant professional certification where applicable.

  • HSE Experience: Solid experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment, with knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels and work effectively across multicultural teams.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Language & Digital Skills: Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, intermediate English, and confidence using digital collaboration tools in a remote and regional environment.
