Digital Marketing Specialist (Fixed-Term)

Are you a creative, data-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for innovation and growth? Kalmar is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by driving digital marketing strategies that support Kalmar’s business growth.

 

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage Kalmar’s digital marketing platforms, coordinate the creation of compelling digital content, and design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll lead projects, optimize digital performance, and collaborate with teams across the globe to enhance our brand presence.

 

Please note that this position is being offered as a fixed-term contract for a duration of 1 year.

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Social Media Management: Analyze and develop Kalmar’s social media channels, including content creation, distribution, reporting, and analytics
  • Website Management: Drive website development projects, optimize content, and monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics
  • SEO/SEM Leadership: Manage SEO/SEM activities to boost traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute Kalmar-level campaigns and initiatives with a focus on LEAN project management
  • Digital Campaign Support: Assist in campaign planning, target setting, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee Kalmar’s Digital Assets Management system, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve tools, processes, and strategies for digital marketing platforms
  • Collaboration: Partner with agencies, internal stakeholders, and global teams to elevate digital marketing efforts.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

 

Experience:

  • 2–5 years in digital marketing and content creation
  • Proven expertise in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website management (Optimizely preferred) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

 

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach to work
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong command of English
  • Team player with a service-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with EPIserver/Optimizely, Salesforce, and Pardot is a plus.
