Join Kalmar as Manager, Performance and Rewards – Drive Global Impact in HR

 

Are you passionate about shaping global reward strategies and driving impactful HR initiatives? Kalmar is looking for a talented and forward - thinking Manager, Performance and Rewards to join our Global Center of Expertise.

 

This is your opportunity to play a central role in designing and managing key global HR programs – from compensation and benefits to performance management and pay transparency compliance – all while collaborating with a dynamic, international team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

As our Manager, Performance and Rewards, you will:

 

  • Lead strategic HR projects – including our EU Pay Transparency Directive initiative and ensure Kalmar’s readiness and compliance
  • Design and improve global reward processes like base pay management, short-term incentives, sales compensation, job architecture, and benefits
  • Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of people data to support leadership decision-making
  • Educate and empower line managers, employees, and HR teams by communicating complex reward concepts with clarity and confidence
  • Act as a trusted expert in your field, supporting global HR colleagues with ad - hoc advisory and reward-related analysis.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Education:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, HR, finance).

 

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation, rewards, or performance management.

 

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, logical and numerical skills,  experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets tools is a must
  • Systemic thinking skills, ability to develop models
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders with clear messages and reasoning
  • Strong capability to build presentations and analysis
  • Experience in developing, implementing and acting as a global process owner for some rewards area
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of reward and performance management.
