We’re looking for a Senior/Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our talent acquisition muscle in Kalmar. This is a combined role where you will work as a senior talent acquisition partner specialized in hirings (main focus in hard to fill R&D engineering roles) in Finland, Sweden and occasionally other countries in Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. You will also lead the global functional talent acquisition strategy for our R&D recruitments and support our recruiters with the hiring plans. In addition, you will be working as an executive recruiter on a global scale, helping Kalmar to hire the best talents to our top leadership roles.

What are your key responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic talent advisor: Act as a strategic partner to the business, using data to build and execute hiring strategies (also at functional level globally for R&D roles).
  • Proactive sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates ahead of needs by utilizing talent markets insights and leveraging various talent pools.
  • End-to-end recruitment: Own and manage recruitment processes as a full cycle senior recruiter.
  • Marketing: Promote Kalmar as an employer of choice through social media, creative marketing, compelling job advertisements and other employer branding activities.
  • Business partnership: Collaborate closely with business to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges and optimize recruitment outcomes.  

What you bring to the role:

 

  • Passion to hire:  8+ years of experience and expertise in talent acquisition as a full cycle senior recruiter/headhunter or talent acquisition lead managing hard to fill and executive recruitments in regional or global level.
  • Strategic and data-driven approach: Experienced in defining creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans with exceptional industry and talent market knowledge.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Existing candidate network and highly experienced in various sourcing techniques.
  • Customer satisfaction: Committed to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Language skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish (preferable also in Swedish).
  • Marketing savviness: Proven history of marketing-oriented approach to attract talents.
