Are you a motivated and creative communicator ready to make an impact in a global environment? Kalmar is offering a dynamic Trainee, IR, Marketing & Communications position as part of our global Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications team.
In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping Kalmar’s story, both internally and externally.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Investor Relations Support: Contribute to the creation of financial reports, press releases, and corporate communications
- Internal Communications: Plan and deliver engaging activities to support strategy implementation, including writing articles and success stories to boost employee engagement
- Social Media Campaigns: Design, execute, and analyze social media initiatives to enhance Kalmar’s online presence
- Digital Marketing: Assist with website updates, copywriting, email campaigns, and performance reporting
- Global Collaboration: Support collaborative marketing programs and global initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education: You’re a university graduate or in your final years of a related field such as: Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business administration.
Experience: B2B marketing experience is a bonus.
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish
- Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities
- Social media savvy, with an eagerness to learn and grow
- An interest in financial figures and equity markets is highly valued
- Proficiency in digital marketing with a passion for innovation.
Personality: You’re proactive, self-driven, and not afraid to experiment. Your can-do attitude, service-oriented mindset, and ability to connect people make you a true team player.
