We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Trainee, Business Analyst to join our Global Dealer Management and Business Development team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting global dealer performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
As a Trainee, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting initiatives that drive growth, enhance dealer satisfaction, and strengthen our global dealer network. From market analysis and reporting to coordinating events and marketing campaigns, this is a unique opportunity to develop and broaden your skill set and make a real impact in a dynamic global environment.
This is a fixed-term position until the end of the year 2025.
The position is located at our Head Office in Helsinki, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Support the global dealer performance management process through comprehensive business and market analysis, reporting, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Global Dealer Management and Business Development team on global initiatives, process improvements, and tool/platform development projects
- Provide business data, analytics, and market insights to both internal stakeholders and external dealers to drive strategic growth
- Assist in administrative tasks related to third-party sales, ensuring internal documentation and material archives are up to date and well-organized
- Contribute to the development and content management of the Dealer Community platform, while also sharing dealer-related stories and updates across internal and external channels, including intranet, Dealer Community, and social media
- Support dealer-focused marketing campaigns, promotional activities, satisfaction surveys, and the organization of dealer events and meetings.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
-
University degree: a recent graduate or a person in the final stage of their studies, preferably in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management or related field.
Experience
-
Previous internship or project work experience in business analytics, marketing, sales operations, or related areas is considered as an asset.

Basic knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system, data visualisation tools (e.g. Qliksense), SQL and reporting software would be a benefit.
