Are you a skilled service professional with a passion for planning, customer satisfaction, and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our Sweden team in Piteå and take charge of daily service execution and customer support.
As a Service Dispatcher, you will be the primary contact for our Swedish service customers, ensuring top-tier support through daily coordination, planning, and execution. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing technician utilization, all while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative service team.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Coordinate daily service activities and technician dispatching across Sweden

Finalize service orders, including parts ordering and documentation

Maintain accurate customer contact information, contracts, and maintenance plans

Prepare service offers and support the Service Manager in decision-making

Collaborate closely with front office, back office, sales, and technical support teams

Ensure timely billing and service follow-up

Track and manage service KPIs (e.g., technician utilization, customer satisfaction, WIP).
What you’ll need to succeed

Commercial and/or technical educational background
-
3–5 years’ experience in a similar service coordination or operational role

Proven success in customer service or service business environments

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Strong communication skills and a structured, customer-oriented mindset
-
Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus

A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
