We're looking for a visionary Service Manager to lead our aftersales department. This isn't just a role - it's an opportunity to shape our customer experience, optimize operations, and build a high-performing team, including our critical Spare Parts sales support. Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead & Strategize: Drive aftersales strategy aligned with company goals and inspire your team to exceed targets

Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier service and swift resolution of all customer inquiries

Optimize Operations: Oversee daily service functions, parts management, and warranty claims, using KPIs for continuous improvement

Cultivate Talent: Develop and empower aftersales staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture

Manage Financials: Own the service budget, forecast performance, and identify revenue growth opportunities

Collaborate Broadly: Partner with sales, marketing, product teams, and third-party contractors for integrated success.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in aftersales service management or a similar role.
Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
