Engineering Manager, Control System

Main tasks and responsibilities

Ensure that deliveries from the team meet specified technical customer demands, product safety, legislation requirements, and internal requirements for CB products.

 

  • Responsible for planning and execution of design activities to agreed cost and time plan
  • Drive the strategy for the area of responsibility, based on the division strategy
  • Develop competences for the team
  • Develop effective processes for the area of responsibility, including key interfaces to other processes, teams, and functions
  • Manage the budget and performance for the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering or similar.

 

Experience:

  • Solid technical knowledge regarding non-road mobile machinery or similar rubber tire vehicles
  • Experience of product development activities within electrical engineering is needed 
  • Experiences regarding other Kalmar products are qualifying.
