We are now looking for a driven and talented Management Trainee to join our Counter Balanced (CB) Division team. This is your chance to learn, grow, and help shape the future of logistics.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through four different departments within the CB Division during your one-year program. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on projects that matter, and work closely with leaders and experts across the business. Plus, you’ll have the chance to spend three months abroad, learning from our global teams and expanding your horizons.
The position is based in Ljungby, Sweden, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement, and you’ll report to the CB HR Director.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field
- A curious, proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional environment
- Passion for taking on challenges and making a positive impact from day one.
