What are your key responsibilities:

  • Precision Machining & Line Boring: Serve as the primary machining specialist, carrying out extensive line boring and machining operations as required on diesel-powered and EV mobile equipment.

  • Customer Excellence: Actively build good customer relationships by providing professional service, reviewing completed work with the client, checking for additional service opportunities, and leaving the worksite clean.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply strictly with company HSE regulations, aiming for zero accidents and completing daily Take 5 safety checks and vehicle inspections.

What we offer you:

  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a salary package that reflects your expertise, plus fantastic benefits. (Local HR should adjust this point to reflect the target country's specific benefits).
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous annual leave options and support for achieving a healthy balance between work and home.
  • High-Quality Equipment: Work with the latest tools and technology, including properly maintained Kalmar allocated equipment and clean, presentable field vehicles.

  • Global Support: Become part of our global network with full technical assistance from a leading global manufacturer.

What you bring to the role:

  • Safety Commitment: A strong, safety-orientated mindset with a dedication to working safely and maintaining 5S "Clean and Tidy" standards.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality, timely service.
  • Independent Problem-Solver: A "get things done" attitude with the ability to work independently without direct supervision, effectively manage your time, and troubleshoot machine problems.
  • Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license (Manual preferred, LR to MR beneficial), with High Risk Work Licenses such as forklift operator and elevated work platform licenses highly preferred.
