Compensation Data
- Sign-On Bonus
- $25- $30 per hour
- Eligible for annual bonus

As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you’ll handle maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on Kalmar and third-party equipment, ensuring peak performance through inspections and routine upkeep. You’ll provide exceptional customer service with detailed reports and technical advice, making a real impact while maintaining a safe work environment.

What you bring to the role:
- Qualifications: Technical diploma/certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Technical Expertise: Proven skills in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems for heavy equipment
- Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional service through clear communication, detailed reporting, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-driven approach to tackling challenges and continuously improving your skills.
- Team Player: Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals.
