Internal Customer Support Specialist, Counterbalance Sales

Compensation Data

 

  • Base Salary: Starting @ $70k - $75k per year
  • Eligible for annual bonus
  • Eligible for annual salary review/increase

Purpose of the position

 

The purpose of the Internal Customer Support Specialist, Counterbalance position is to provide reporting and market analysis regarding Market Share to the Director of Counterbalance Sales, assist in counterbalance sales efforts and managing 3-4 small market counterbalance dealers.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Maintain CounterBalance Dealer Scorecard
  • Manage market intelligence as available through ITA and EDA organizations
  • Field Customer Inquiries 
  • Manage Leads and distribute appropriately to Key Accounts team or dealer network
  • Plan and provide onsite coordination for dealer training sessions
  • Plan and organize product and sales related webinars for dealer network
  • Assist in gathering input for quarterly dealer newsletter
  • Work alongside Director of CounterBalance Sales and Marketing to Plan Dealer Meetings and Dealer Advisory Council 
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Education:

 

  • Knowledge and skills normally obtained in a Business Administration, Data Analytics or Engineering Bachelor’s degree program.

 

Experience:

 

  • Prior experience in sales or marketing in a similar industry preferred, not required

 

Competencies:

 

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Pages/Sheets/Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
