Invoice Specialist

Compensation Data
- Base Salary: Starting @ $23.00 per hour
- Eligible for Annual Bonus
- Eligible for annual salary review/increase
Purpose of the position
The Invoicing Specialist supports the MAU Principle Frontline equipment sales invoicing process. This person will be an invoicing subject matter expert and the point of contact for all invoicing related issues
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Invoicing for all MAU Principle Frontline equipment sales
- Invoicing for Kalmar Automation, Projects and APD product line sales
- Vehicle pre-titling and titling
- Intercompany recharging process
- Backfill for General Accounting & other finance services process support
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred. High School Diploma Required.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant business and transactional accounting experience
- Experience with high-volume invoicing strongly preferred
- Experience working with ERP system (SAP and/or LN preferred)

- Microsoft Office
- ERP Systems (SAP and LN preferred)
