Sales Operations Lead, Counterbalance

Purpose of the position

 

The purpose of the Sales Operations Lead, Counterbalance is to lead a team that provides administrative support to the Counterbalance dealer network.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate and handle the order process for Counter Balanced Sales
  • Build and Manage relationships with the dealer network and the end user (customer)
  • Coordinate internally with various departments throughout the order process
  • Cross-functional collaboration with outside sales force, manufacturing/assembly, engineering, operations, warranty and service personnel
  • Sales support for outside sales force, sales material, quotes, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics and equipment delivery
  • Cooperate with Product Line and MAU facilities located globally
  • Coordinate internally with various departments throughout the order placement and shipping process
  • Provide sales support for the Regional Sales Managers as appropriate 
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and customer inquiries including queries relating to orders and/or returns and escalate when required
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team
  • Liaise with RMs, master scheduler and operations to determine order status and track/maintain delivery timescales to insure timely delivery of orders to customers
  • Provide the Sales team market data support, when applicable
  • Maintain any sales support databases
  • Other duties may be assigned
     

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing preferred or equivalent experience. 

 

Experience:


•    1-3 years’ experience in similar position providing administrative support to sales team

  • Equipment experience preferred, not required
  • Experience working with a dealer network and providing support to the dealer sales team, as well as the end user (customer), when needed
