We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager who can lead and manage one or more parallel customer delivery projects. If you are ready to resolve identified customer needs within agreed timescales, budgets, resources, quality standards, and contractual requirements, this is the role for you.

This role involves managing delivery project budgets that are highly variable, ranging from 15 KEur up to 3 MEur. The quantity of projects you execute simultaneously is determined by the scope and complexity of the individual projects, requiring a focus on efficiency and precision.

You will be responsible for delivering project results as per the contractual, technical, and commercial targets agreed. By balancing these priorities, you ensure that every project meets its commitments and fulfills the specific needs of the customer.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: You act as the primary interface for the project, maintaining confident relationships with project owners, steering groups, customers, and all other participants.

  • Contractual & Technical Oversight: You are responsible for fulfilling all contractual obligations and ensuring internal and external technical requirements are resolved and project risks are managed before delivery.

  • Project Delivery & Reporting: You deliver results as agreed upon with the steering group, providing consistent updates and progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Operational Coordination: You plan and lead all execution activities, including resourcing, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning.

  • Documentation & Post-Delivery Success: You ensure all essential documents - such as test reports, certificates, and manuals - are finalized before delivery and manage the post-delivery ramp-up according to plan.

What we offer you:

"Respect is how we work - across departments, across borders, across job titles."

  • Rewards that truly count: Enjoy meaningful rewards that support your everyday life and well-being, including a company mobile phone, a flexible Edenred benefit for lunch, commuting, or wellness services, and comprehensive healthcare through Mehiläinen, enhanced by our health insurance fund for additional coverage and peace of mind.
  • Safety that moves us forward: Build your career with a company rooted in safety since the 1940s, ensuring stability and an environment that empowers you to speak and be heard.
  • Work-life balance: We prioritise work-life balance, providing flexible working hours and a hybrid work model tailored to meet both your needs and those of your team.
  • Purpose that drives change: You’ll contribute to solutions that transform global trade, creating environmental and operational innovations. You’ll be in the driver’s seat of ideas, developing digital technologies that set industry standards and position us as the forerunner.
  • People who move together: You’ll collaborate with people who build lasting relationships through global expertise, connections, and a commitment to sustainability.

Become part of our global network of 5,200 professionals across 120+ countries, where your work drives innovation, sustainability, and meaningful impact around the world.

What you bring to the role:

  • Academic & Professional Background: You hold a university degree, and a Project Management certification is a strong plus.

  • Relevant Experience: You have a solid track record in project delivery, preferably within the tech industry, and understand how to manage a product through its entire lifecycle.

  • Commercial & Strategic Logic: You understand the business side of things, including how to identify project risks and manage costs, pricing, and margins effectively.

  • Technical & Methodological Skills: You’re comfortable navigating technical solutions and use structured project management methodologies to keep things on track.

  • Clear Communication: You speak fluent English and can break down complex info for different audiences while staying focused on the needs of the team and the customer.

  • Effective Problem Solving: You are a disciplined self-starter who hits targets and stays organized, even when things get busy or schedules are tight.

  • Team-First Mindset: You are a quick learner and a reliable teammate who can handle multiple tasks at once without losing sight of the details.
