As a Service Operations Dispatcher for Kalmar Services (FLU), you'll oversee daily service planning and execution, acting as a crucial member of the country Service team. You will work in close cooperation with customer service contacts to proactively plan service and ensure customer's operation uptime.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Service Planning & Execution: Oversee daily service planning and execution, and ensure customer problems are attended to promptly with timely solutions.

  • Customer & Contract Management: Keep customer contacts, contract conditions, and maintenance plans up to date. Work in close cooperation with customer service contacts to proactively plan service and ensure customer's operation uptime.

  • Order Management & Reporting: Prepare and finalize service orders, including parts ordering, and ensure job reports are submitted to the administration team daily. Prepare information for the country Service Manager to assist with decision-making.

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, such as Service Order closure within 7 days of last labour and machine downtime.

  • Team Support & Safety: Approve the Technicians’ work time daily. Ensure safety is exercised at all times (Safety is #1) and that all safety precautions are followed by staff. Ensure all incidents are logged in STEMS

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance planning role. Must have a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate and minimum Certificate 4 in Business.

  • System Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SAP is essential.

  • Communication & Customer Focus: You are service-minded, customer-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), along with excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all stakeholders.

  • Planning & Efficiency: Proven ability to plan efficient service execution combined with excellent planning skills and effective time management skills.

  • Analytical & Competencies: Sound analytical and numeracy skills, with a logical thinking approach to investigate and anticipate planning/coordination issues.

  • Adaptability: Possess the diplomacy and assertiveness needed to effectively handle emergency requests. Local languages and English required.
