Purpose of the position

We are looking for a trainee in the Supply Chain Dept.(Planning team) from Kalmar Shanghai Factory. The position is located in Lingang, Shanghai. The trainee period lasts from July to December, 2025. Main tasks and responsibilities

• To follow up the performance of the shipment milestones in OTM weekly and collaborating with team members and forwarders for performance improvement;
  每周跟进运输管理系统(OTM)中货运的执行情况，并与团队成员和货运代理协作，以改进绩效；
• Assisting team members to report and analyze logistics data for the best business decision making ;
  协助团队成员报告和分析物流数据，以便做出最佳业务决策；
• To draft/amend shipping documents by communicating with the team leader, customers and forwarders;
  通过与团队负责人、客户和货运代理沟通，起草/修改货运单据；
• Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
  其他由团队领导指派的任务。

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management.
  物流管理、供应链管理专业本科及以上学历
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with different departments, service providers and sales teams. 
  优秀的沟通能力，能够有效地与不同部门、服务提供商和销售团队进行沟通
• CET 6
  大学英语六级（CET 6）
• Have strong ability to use MS Excel or Google workspace for data analysis and reporting.
  熟练使用 MS Excel 或 Google Workspace 进行数据分析和报告。
