Purpose of the position

We are looking for a trainee in our Counter Balanced (CB) Division. The position is located in Shanghai Lingang. The trainee period lasts from June to December. This position offers a great opportunity for students to participate in the improvement of the Counter Balanced machine.
卡尔玛上海工厂的平衡重式（CB）部门寻找一名实习生。该职位位于上海临港。实习期为6月到12月。该职位为学生提供了一个参与改进平衡重式机器的绝佳机会。

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Acquiring knowledge of counter balanced machines.
  学习平衡重式机器的知识
• Understanding Kalmar methodology for detailed design completion.
  理解卡尔玛详细设计的方法论
• Engineering release.
  工程发布
• Providing support for concept designs including calculations.
  为概念设计提供支持，包括计算
• Documentation preparation and correction
  文件编制和更正

What you’ll need to succeed

•  Background in mechanical engineering.机械工程背景
•  Effective communication skills.有效的沟通技巧
•  Familiarity with machining, welding, sheet metal, surface treatment, and manufacturing processes.熟悉机械加工、焊接、钣金、表面处理和制造工艺
•  Understanding of hydraulics.了解液压系统
•  Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.积极主动，具有强烈的责任感
•  Proficient in English, at least in reading.英语流利，至少阅读能力良好
•  Knowledge of vehicles is advantageous.具有车辆知识者优先
•  International student status is a plus.有留学经历优先
