Development Engineer, Intern

Purpose of the position

The intern will be responsible for designing mechanical equipment and component installations for off-highway mobile equipment. This includes predetermining the necessary items and procedures for product construction according to customer specifications, creating drawings, layouts, assemblies, and bills of materials, as well as monitoring existing product documentation. 
Candidates will be involved in all aspects of truck design and must be capable of integrating components into truck chassis and cabins, considering product systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, structures, and powertrain.This position is located in Lingang, Shanghai, and the internship period is 12-24 weeks. It provides an in-depth understanding of marketing and brand building in global business.
实习生将负责设计非公路移动设备的机械设备和部件安装方案。具体包括根据客户规格预先确定产品构建所需的项目和流程，创建图纸、布局、装配图和物料清单，并监控现有产品文档。候选人需参与卡车设计的全流程，能够将部件集成至卡车底盘和驾驶室，并综合考虑液压系统、气动系统、电气系统、结构及动力总成等产品系统。该职位位于上海临港，实习期12-24周。提供深入了解全球业务中市场营销与品牌建设的实践机会。

Main tasks and responsibilities

Develop truck components and systems.开发卡车部件及系统
Ensure that components and systems meet specified technical customer demands, product safety, legislative requirements, and internal demands for Terminal Tractor (TT) products.确保部件和系统满足客户技术需求、产品安全、法规要求及终端牵引车（TT）产品的内部标准

What you’ll need to succeed

Education 教育背景

• Preferred educational backgrounds include pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering field, with a preference for mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or control engineering.工程类本科或硕士在读学生，机械工程、机电一体化、电气或控制工程专业优先

Competencies 能力要求

• Familiarity with Bill of Material Structures, 3-D Modeling Systems (CATIA or PRO-E preferred), and PC Software Applications.
  熟悉物料清单（BOM）结构、三维建模系统（CATIA或PRO-E优先）及常用办公软件
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  优秀的分析和解决问题的能力
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, Google Drive, and Calendar).

• Ability to utilize general AI tools.能使用通用AI工具
