As an Intern - Production Engineer (PE) Engineer, you'll be joining our Production Engineering team in Shanghai Lingang. This position offers a six-month trainee period, lasting from September 2025 to February 2026. This is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience by participating in the improvement of our production line and engaging in Lean activities.

作为一名实习生 - 生产工程 (PE) 工程师，您将加入我们在上海临港的生产工程部团队。本岗位提供为期六个月的实习期，从 2025年9月至2026年2月。这对学生来说是一个绝佳的机会，可以参与生产线的改进和精益活动，获得宝贵的实践经验。

What are your key responsibilities:

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Learn and apply Lean methodologies (including 5S, Poka-yoke, and Waste reduction) to optimize assembly processes, directly enhancing production efficiency and quality. 推动持续改进： 学习并应用精益方法论（包括5S、防错、减少浪费等），优化装配流程，直接提高生产效率和质量。 
• Execute IE Tools & Projects: Understand Industrial Engineering (IE) tools and actively participate in on-site improvement activities and projects across safety, tooling, and plant layout. 实施IE工具与项目： 掌握工业工程（IE）工具，积极参与现场改进活动和项目，涵盖安全、工装和工厂布局等方面。  
• Apply Advanced Lean Analysis: Utilize analytical tools such as Fishbone diagrams, VSM, A3, Bottleneck analysis, and Heijunka/6 Sigma concepts to systematically identify and resolve production challenges. 应用高级精益分析： 运用**鱼骨图、价值流图(VSM)、A3、瓶颈分析、平准化(Heijunka)/六西格玛(6 Sigma)**等分析工具，系统性地识别并解决生产问题。 
• Promote Safety & Ergonomics: Familiarize yourself with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Ergonomics principles to actively improve the work environment and operator well-being. 提升安全与人机工程： 熟悉职业健康安全 (OHS) 和人机工程学原理，积极改善工作环境和操作员福祉。 
• Develop Critical Skills: Demonstrate strong independent learning and analytical abilities, actively capturing "lessons learned," and having the willingness to share and present findings to the team. 发展关键能力： 展现出色的独立学习和分析能力，积极总结“经验教训”，并乐于向团队分享和展示成果。

What you bring to the role:

• Engineering Foundation: Background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with an understanding of hydraulics. 工程基础: 具备机械或工业工程背景，并了解液压/水力学。

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD or other drawing software, and Microsoft/Google office suites. 技术熟练度: 熟悉CAD或其他绘图软件，以及微软/谷歌办公套件。

• Communication & English Skills: Effective communication skills and proficiency in reading English technical documentation. 沟通与英语能力: 良好的沟通技巧，并能熟练阅读英文技术资料。

• Analytical Aptitude: Strong logical thinking and proven problem/critical situation-solving skills. 分析能力: 具备强大的逻辑思维和行之有效的问题/危机解决能力。
