What are your key responsibilities:

• Lead Production and Efficiency: Manage the production line and team to ensure timely completion of tasks, while continuously driving initiatives to improve production efficiency and achieve targets. 领导生产与效率提升：管理生产线和团队，确保按时完成生产任务，并持续驱动和改善生产效率以实现目标。

• Safety and Environment (EHS) Management: Uphold the company's occupational health and safety policies, overseeing daily EHS management, safety supervision, and ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and PPE use. EHS管理与安全监督：严格执行公司的职业健康安全政策，负责日常EHS管理、安全监督，并确保严格遵守安全规定和PPE使用。

• Continuous Improvement & Lean: Champion and drive continuous improvement, including the establishment, implementation, and improvement of standardization, visual management, and lean management (LCIA). 持续改善与精益管理：主导并驱动持续改善，包括工作标准化、目视化的建立、实施和改进，以及精益管理（LCIA）的应用。

• System Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the operation, setup, and continuous improvement of shop floor information management systems (LES, Andon, etc.) and coordinate improvements in line-side material planning. 系统实施与优化：负责车间信息管理系统（如LES、Andon等）的运行、设置和持续改善，并协调推进线边物料规划的优化。

What you bring to the role:

• Lean Management & Continuous Improvement: Proficiently utilize the Eight Wastes principle for problem identification and possess the ability to conceptualize, build, and lead the team in the implementation of Lean Management Systems (LCIA). 精益管理与持续改进：熟练运用八大浪费原理来识别问题，并具备构思、搭建和带领团队实施**精益管理系统（LCIA）*的能力。

• Strong Communication & Collaboration: Exhibit excellent horizontal and vertical communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and possess the collaborative spirit necessary for effective cross-departmental coordination. 强大的沟通与协作能力：展现出优秀的横向和纵向沟通能力，保持积极乐观的态度，并具备高效跨部门协作所需的团队合作精神。

• Education and Technical Foundation: Required Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) with familiarity with mechanical/electrical drawings and essential planning/problem-solving skills. 教育与技术基础：要求本科及以上学历（机械、电气或工业工程专业优先），熟悉机械及电气图纸，并具备基本的计划和解决问题的能力。
