Main tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for daily supervision of the team, daily EHS management and safety supervision. 负责对团队的日常监督，EHS日常管理和安全监督。
• Responsible for the daily management of the production line and complete the production tasks on time according to the production plan. 负责生产线的日常管理，按照生产计划准时完成生产任务。
• Lead the standardization and visual management initiatives, including establishment, implementation, supervision, and ongoing improvement. 组织，拉动工作标准化，目视化的建立，实施，监督，改善。
• Drive and guide continuous improvement. 驱动和引导持续改善。
• Continuously improve production efficiency and achieve goals. 持续改善生产效率, 实现目标.
• Set goals and evaluate the individual performance of team members. 目标设定和评估团队成员的个人表现。
• Identify and promote cost reduction initiatives. 识别并促进降低成本的举措。
• Continuous improvement of 5S and the work environment 5S与工作环境的持续改善
• Train team leaders and operators. 培训班组长和操作人员。
• Effectively fulfill the team's job safety production responsibility system, implement the company's occupational health and safety management policies and requirements, and formulate and implement the work section's occupational health and safety goals. 切实履行本团队岗位安全生产责任制，执行公司的职业健康安全管理方针、要求，制定本工段职业健康安全目标并组织实施。 
• Responsible for the development of the team's occupational health and safety management work, guide and supervise the implementation of the team's occupational health and safety management work, and ensure the realization of the department's occupational health and safety goals. 负责本团队职业健康安全管理工作的开展，指导、监督班组的职业健康安全管理工作的执行，保证本部门的职业健康安全目标的实现。
• Strictly abide by the company's safety rules and regulations, strictly abide by the company's EHS requirements, and be responsible for the safety and environment of daily operations; supervise the correct use of PPE, and ensure that safety responsibilities are implemented and enforced in accordance with the company's EHS requirements. 严格遵守公司的安全规章制度，严格遵守公司EHS要求，对日常操作过程的安全及环境负责；监督正确使用PPE，并根据公司的EHS要求，确保安全工作的责任得到落实和执行；
• Implementation and improvement of the operation process of the workshop information management system (LES, Andon, RFID, PQT, BOM APP, etc. 车间信息管理系统（LES、Andon、RFID、PQT、BOM APP等）运行操作流程的实施和改善。
• Operate and set up the LES\Andon system, and promote the implementation and continuous improvement of the operation process. 运行和设置LES\Andon系统，拉动操作流程的执行和持续改善
• Guide and drive the application and continuous improvement of lean management (LCIA). 指导和驱动精益管（LCIA)的运用及持续改善
• Coordinate and promote the improvement of line-side material planning in related departments. 协调和推动相关部门线边物料规划的改善
• Other tasks assigned by the production manager. 生产经理分配的其他任务。

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

教育

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical, Automotive Industrial Engineering, or related professional management is preferred. 本科以上学历， 机械或电气，汽车工业工程等专业，涉及此类专业管理的优先。

Skills

• Familiar with the use of office software. 熟悉办公软件的使用。
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical drawings. 熟悉机械及电气图纸。
• Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. 良好的计划，协调和解决问题的能力。
