We are looking for a trainee for Quality control & Testing. The position is located in Shanghai Lingang. The trainee period lasts 6 to 12 months.  This position offers a great opportunity for students to participate in Quality control and testing daily job (Quality data collection & handling, Testing report, Unit search app maintenance, Prepare and file OPL, Order Spec management, EHS management etc.,)
我们QEHS部门正在招聘一名实习生， 该职位位于上海卡尔玛临港工厂，实习期为6个月至12个月。该实习岗位为学生提供了参与质量控制 和测试的日常工作的绝佳机会（质量数据收集&处理，测试报告管理，找车app的日常维护，OPL的起草和整理，订单规格书的管理、现场EHS管理等）

What are your key responsibilities:

• Acquiring knowledge of the QC & testing. Acquiring knowledge of the QC & testing through data collecting and handling, report handling and related document control 获得质量管理 & 测试的知识, 通过质量报告和测试数据收集和处理, 报告的处理和相关文件控制。
• Understanding Kalmar IMS methodology. 了解卡尔玛 IMS 方法

What you bring to the role:

• Engineering & Technical Foundation: Major in Engineering (including quality management, mechanical, EHS, etc.) and familiarity with ISO knowledge and Manufacturing processes knowledge. 工程专业（包括质量管理、机械、环境健康安全等），熟悉 ISO 知识和制造工艺知识。
• Essential Professional Skills: Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and effective communication skills. 积极主动，责任心强，沟通能力强。
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, at least in reading and writing. 精通英语，至少在阅读和写作方面。
• Interpersonal and Adaptability: Teamwork and stress management capabilities. Be good at learning. 具备团队合作能力和压力管理能力。善于学习
• Desirable Background:  International student status is a plus. 有国际海外学习背景是个有利优势
