Kalmar, is seeking a motivated Sourcing Trainee to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience within a dynamic global sourcing environment. The trainee will assist the local sourcing team in their daily operations, supporting various tasks and projects.This trainee position is located in Shanghai Lingang, China, with the duration from 3-6 months. Reports to Sourcing Manager in Shanghai site.

What are your key responsibilities:

• Data Management and System Administration: Assist Category Sourcing with data entry and system updates. Download drawings and specifications from systems. 协助品类采购进行数据录入和系统更新。从系统中下载图纸和规格。
• Documentation and Compliance Control: Manage documentation related to contracts, claims, and supplier issues. 管理与合同、索赔和供应商问题相关的文件。
• Project and Status Monitoring: Support the monitoring of sourcing project status and progress. Assist with various sourcing projects as assigned.支持采购项目状态和进度的监控。协助分配的各项采购项目。
• Analytical Support: Perform data analysis between different countries, sites, and categories. 进行不同国家、地点和品类之间的数据分析。
• General Administrative and Backup Support: Provide general administrative support to the sourcing team. Back-up for various tasks during holidays or peak periods. 为采购团队提供一般行政支持。在节假日或高峰期备份各项任务。
