Sourcing Trainee

Purpose of the position

Kalmar, is seeking a motivated Sourcing Trainee to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience within a dynamic global sourcing environment. The trainee will assist the local sourcing team in their daily operations, supporting various tasks and projects.This trainee position is located in Shanghai Lingang, China, with the duration from 3-6 months. Reports to Sourcing Manager in Shanghai site.
卡尔玛（Kalmar）正在寻找一位积极主动的采购实习生加入我们在中国上海的团队。该职位旨在提供动态全球采购环境中的实践经验。实习生将协助当地采购团队的日常运营，支持各项任务和项目。该实习生职位位于中国上海临港，为期3-6个月。向上海区域采购经理汇报。

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assist Category Sourcing with data entry and system updates.协助品类采购进行数据录入和系统更新。
• Manage documentation related to contracts, claims, and supplier issues.管理与合同、索赔和供应商问题相关的文件
• Support the monitoring of sourcing project status and progress.支持采购项目状态和进度的监控
• Assist with various sourcing projects as assigned.协助分配的各项采购项目
• Download drawings and specifications from systems.从系统中下载图纸和规格
• Provide general administrative support to the sourcing team.为采购团队提供一般行政支持
• Back-up for various tasks during holidays or peak periods.在节假日或高峰期备份各项任务
• Perform data analysis between different countries, sites, and categories.进行不同国家、地点和品类之间的数据分析
• Other tasks as assigned by the Category Sourcing.品类采购分配的其他任务

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering preferred.
  优先考虑拥有工商管理、经济学或工程学学士学位
• No previous experience required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.

• Good spoken and written English communication skills with an international mindset.
