Senior Executive, Parts

Purpose of the position
Sales of parts and processing of orders within the South and Southeast Asia Region.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Key tasks:
1. Online and offline Sales of parts within the countries assigned.
2. Attend to customers’ inquiries on a timely basis. This includes preparation of quotations, monitoring and updating customers on delivery status, etc.
3. Responsible for the entire Order Processing function, which includes entering sales orders in the system, issuing picking lists, delivery notes, and shipping documents, and providing packing/delivery instructions to warehouses and forwarders for deliveries to customers.
4. Close coordination with sales colleagues regarding order issues (e.g., delays, change of orders, etc.)
5. Liaise with suppliers on Parts deliveries, returns, and warranty issues.
6. Keep the warehouse/customer informed on the estimated dates of arrival parts.
7. Verify suppliers’ invoices and forward to Accounts Department for payment.
8. Support customers with Technical Enquiry regarding Parts
9. Maintain and upkeep proper filing in the system on all documents.
10. Support Sales colleagues in generating sales to achieve targets
11. Perform other work related duties as assigned
12. Involve in annual stock take
What you’ll need to succeed
Requirements:
● Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Skill Requirements :
● Fluent in English and Mandarin.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel (or any other ERP system) and Google Suite. SAP knowledge a plus.
● Sales and Customer service oriented.
Relevant Experience :
● Minimum of 1-2 years of parts sales or customer service or sales processing/coordinating roles.
● Good communication skills, able to write clearly and effectively.
