We are looking for an HR Services Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR administration services, ensure accurate HR data, and support employees and managers across multiple countries. This is a great opportunity to deepen your HR expertise in an international environment and contribute to Kalmar’s global success.
What are your key responsibilities:

HR data administration: Maintain and update employee and organizational data in global HRIS and local systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Employee support: Handle employee queries via chat and case management tools, resolving issues professionally and within agreed SLAs.

Payroll & Time and Attendance support: Collect payroll input, perform payroll checks, coordinate with stakeholders, and support post-payroll activities.

Documentation & compliance: Prepare employment-related documentation (where applicable) and ensure all work follows corporate policies, controls, and legal requirements.

Process improvement & reporting: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance processes, update work instructions, and deliver HR reports when required.

What you bring to the role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in HR administration or a similar HR services role.

Technical skills: Experience with HRIS systems, Google Suite, and Time & Attendance tools.

Service orientation: Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle complex queries professionally.

Collaboration & mindset: Full professional English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

Professional qualities: Positive attitude, ethical behavior, and a proactive approach to process improvements.
