Junior Accounts Payable Support Specialist

We at Kalmar are seeking a talented Junior Accounts Payable Support Specialist to provide support tasks and activities for the entire Invoice to Pay area at Kalmar, in alignment with corporate and business area procurement, as well as customers’ needs and expectations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Active member of the Invoice to Pay (ITP) process area.
- Responsible for resolving queries from customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Specialist providing assistance on ITP-related inquiries, acting as the employee’s first line of contact via appropriate channels (tickets, chat, calls, etc.).
- Maintain good working relationships with other process teams.
- Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures.
- Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to maintain a positive brand image for Kalmar Bulgaria.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to areas of accountability.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.
- At least 1 year of experience in the P2P process area.
- Experience in a customer support role.
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP/cloud systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills in a professional manner.
- Display a strong work ethic and the ability to comply with internal controls and policies.
