We are looking for a motivated Trainee HR to join our HR Services team and support Kalmar’s global people operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while developing your professional and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment. The position offers flexible working hours — you can choose to work 4, 6, or 8 hours per day, making it ideal for students or recent graduates eager to kick-start their HR career.

What are your key responsibilities:

 

  • HR data administration: Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Process execution: Deliver standardized HR processes efficiently and consistently, in line with internal procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent HR support to internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Process improvement: Identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and support the implementation of best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other process teams and project members to ensure smooth service delivery and knowledge sharing.

What you bring to the role:

 

Educational foundation: Currently in the final years of, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Professional mindset: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and reliability.

Customer focus: Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people — with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to recognize issues, find solutions, and support process improvements.

Communication and collaboration: Full professional proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and effective communication in a multicultural environment.
