At Kalmar, we are seeking an HR Trainee responsible for delivering HR administration services in line with managers' needs and expectations. This position can be part-time or full-time, with options for 4, 6, or 8 hours of work per day.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Execute HR processes to deliver HR data administration services consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain good working relationships with other process teams.
- Recognize unusual events or recurring problems and collaborate with the respective mentor in the team.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are satisfied and uphold a positive brand image for Kalmar Bulgaria.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in company systems.
- Contribute to the development of the HR area in close cooperation with the project team.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to areas of accountability.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in the final years of studies.
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English required.
- Team player.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work.
