Customer Relations Coordinator

What’s the role about?

As the Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer engagement. From coordinating seamless visits to our factory, hosting tailored events, and bridging communication across departments, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering trust and satisfaction.

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and managing customer visits to ensure smooth experiences.
  • Hosting on-site visits and customer events that align with Kalmar’s values.
  • Acting as the communication link between sales teams, customers, and factory operations.
  • Assisting the sales team with presentations, inquiries, and administrative support.
  • Following up on customer satisfaction surveys to continuously improve services.
