Parts & Service Sales Manager, TSPR
Purpose of the position
We’re looking for a proactive, driven Parts & Service Sales Manager (PSSM) to take ownership of service and parts sales within an assigned customer group and territory. In this strategic role, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities and growing sales for Kalmar’s parts, service solutions, digital services, machine upgrades, and refurbishments.
You’ll also lead a local TSPR sales team – including Sales Representatives and Parts Order Administrators – to ensure aligned execution of sales strategies and seamless customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Drive sales growth for parts and services, meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.

Identify opportunities within the installed base for upgrades, refurbishments, and digital service solutions.

Convert customer data and usage insights into tailored sales opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business.

Use tools like Insight and CRM to manage pipelines, analyze equipment performance, and track potential vs. actual sales.

Lead, coach, and support a team of Parts & Service Sales Representatives and Administrators.

Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and accurate to support strategic sales planning.
