Purpose of the position
Kalmar Poland is a global leader in material handling equipment and services. We are currently looking for a Sales and Service Support Administrator to join our sales and service support team.
You'll be part of almost 40-people team located in Stargard. Your stakeholders will be located in western Europe countries.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for sales and service processes.
- Handling SAP and other administrative tools.
- Creating, managing, and invoicing orders and contracts.
- Processing warranty claims in line with deadlines.
- Cooperating with sales and service teams to ensure timely support.
- Participating in process and system improvements.
- Complying with health, safety, and internal procedures.
What you bring to the role:
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – must have.
- Basic knowledge of French – an advantage.
- Experience in a similar role – preferred.
- SAP knowledge – will be an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
