Sales and Service Support Admin
Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a Sales and Service Administrator, who will help ensure smooth processes and support the daily work of our sales and service teams.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Handling ongoing processes and tasks within the support center,
-
Solving non-standard cases that require an individual approach,
-
Working with SAP and other tools,
-
Processing orders, invoices, contracts, and warranty claims,
-
Cooperating with sales and service branches to ensure timely administrative support.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who:
-
Speaks English at minimum B1 level and French at minimum B2 level,
-
Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment,
-
Is familiar with basic office tools (e.g. Google Workspace).

Experience in a similar position,

Proactivity and ownership of own processes.
