Sales and Service Support Admin

Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a Sales and Service Administrator, who will help ensure smooth processes and support the daily work of our sales and service teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Handling ongoing processes and tasks within the support center,

  • Solving non-standard cases that require an individual approach,

  • Working with SAP and other tools,

  • Processing orders, invoices, contracts, and warranty claims,

  • Cooperating with sales and service branches to ensure timely administrative support.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks English at minimum B1 level and French at minimum B2 level,

  • Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment,

  • Is familiar with basic office tools (e.g. Google Workspace).

Nice to have:

  • Higher education,

  • Experience in a similar position,

  • Proactivity and ownership of own processes.
