Specialist, Logistics
Purpose of the position
You'll be the go-to expert for logistics in a dedicated region — coordinating deliveries from our central warehouses, working with 3PL partners, and tracking every shipment. You’ll collaborate closely with customs brokers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and compliant operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Support 3PL providers and solve logistics issues in your region

Manage import/export documentation and compliance

Ensure timely deliveries and proactive customer communication

Track shipments and resolve any transport disruptions

Optimize transport costs and service performance

Collaborate with sales, supply planning, finance, and customer service

Act as the main contact for customs authorities and freight forwarders

Analyze logistics KPIs and generate regional shipment reports
What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

1–3 years in a similar logistics or international trade role

Experience with tools like SAP, QlikSense, or Google Workspace
-
Familiarity with customs, export/import documentation, and TMS (OTM is a plus)

A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a hands-on attitude

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
