Supply Planner

You secure the availability of spare parts for the Service division. The role focuses on operational procurement, stock monitoring, fast reaction to customer requests and effective cooperation with global stakeholders. It’s a position with international exposure and strong ownership.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Send purchase orders to vendors and monitor delivery status.

  • Ensure stock availability and react quickly to demand changes.

  • Control deliveries and address potential delays.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders: Customer Support, Sourcing, Technical Support, Demand Planning.

  • Maintain regular contact with suppliers.

  • Monitor and report KPIs related to availability, delays and service level.

  • Work independently within established processes.

  • Coordinate with global teams and follow standard planning procedures.

 

What success looks like (6–12 months)

  • You work independently with planning and procurement processes.

  • Supplier collaboration is smooth, timely and transparent.

  • Stock levels and availability KPIs are stable and predictable.

  • You use SAP at a basic/medium level to manage daily operations effectively.

  • Customers experience quick response times and reliable delivery performance.

What you bring to the role:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (planning / supply chain / operational procurement).

  • Higher education (any field).

Skills & Competencies

  • English B2.

  • Basic Excel.

  • ERP experience (preferably SAP).

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Proactive mindset and ownership.

  • Analytical approach and ability to work with numbers.

  • Team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar/related industry.
