We’re looking for a Transport Lead EMEA to manage and optimize transportation operations for spare parts and related equipment across the EMEA region.
This is a strategic and operational role with high visibility across Supply Chain, Aftermarket, and regional business teams. You’ll be the key link between our vendors, service centers, and distribution hubs — driving improvements that balance service, cost, and sustainability.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute EMEA transportation strategies that support service, cost, and sustainability goals.
  • Optimize freight networks across parcel, express, air, and road transport.
  • Manage daily transport operations, vendor relationships, and rate negotiations.
  • Supervise freight audits, claims, and transport budgets.
  • Drive improvements using TMS and freight visibility tools to increase tracking accuracy and predictability.
  • Identify and implement optimization initiatives — consolidation, routing, automation.
  • Ensure compliance with trade, export control, and dangerous goods regulations.
  • Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, warehousing, aftersales, customs, and trade compliance teams.
  • Act as the regional expert and single point of contact for transport matters in EMEA.
  • What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)
  • Regional transport strategy implemented with measurable cost and service improvements.
  • Strong, high-performing carrier network in place.
  • Improved data accuracy and visibility through advanced TMS usage.
  • Reduced lead times and carbon emissions on key routes.
  • Recognized as the go-to expert for transport topics within the region.

What we offer you:

  • Work in a truly international environment with a Scandinavian leadership culture based on trust and collaboration.
  • Opportunity to influence regional logistics strategy and implement innovative transport solutions
  • Be part of a team where ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement are valued.
  • Access to modern digital tools supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Comprehensive benefits: private healthcare, life insurance, sports card, and more.
  • Remote work flexibility – operate from anywhere in Poland.
  • Clear growth path in global logistics, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.

What you bring to the role:

  • What you’ll need to succeed

    • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in international or intermodal transportation — managing road, air, sea, and express operations.

    • Proven success in multimodal freight coordination and carrier management.

    • Strong understanding of express and air freight for time-critical shipments.

    • Familiarity with customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance.

    • Experience using TMS and freight visibility platforms.

    • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Creative, ownership-driven approach to solving transport challenges.

    • Fluent in English; other regional languages are an advantage.

    • Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.

(Industry background is not required — we’re looking for transport professionals with a solid grasp of intermodal logistics and the drive to create smart, efficient solutions.)
