Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer who will have technical responsibility for electrical engineering in manual or automated container handling equipment delivery projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Electrical design and development tasks for Horizontal Transportation equipments like Straddle Carriers
- Executing the design work that it meets the defined project scope and schedule
- Circuit diagram design (E3)
- Creating and maintain project design in PDM system (Sovelia)
- Assembly drawings and instructions
- Component sizing
- Technical specifications
- Production and commissioning support
- Technical documentation.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Technical education (B.Sc or M.Sc) from electrical or automation engineering.
Experience:
- Experience from electric CAD system (e.g. E3/EPLAN)
- Electrical design for machines or mobile equipment
- Some field experience is considered as a benefit.
Competencies:
- Electrical systems (worldwide) and standards (e.g. EN 60204-32) knowledge
- Basic knowledge from PLC systems, fieldbuses, motion control, drives
- Problem-solving skills.
