As our Lead Integration Architect, you'll be the architect of our future, defining and executing a bold enterprise-wide integration strategy. Your mission will be to align our IT capabilities with business objectives and spearhead digital transformation initiatives. You'll ensure a seamless, reliable, and secure data flow across all our operational systems, from ERPs and CRMs to HCM and critical data platforms.
You'll be instrumental in establishing and governing integration and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) architecture standards, championing reusability, scalability, and maintainability to reduce technical debt and foster agility. Your leadership will directly enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring high-quality, timely, and accessible data integration across our entire value chain. Main tasks and responsibilities

Develop and implement the enterprise-wide integration and automation (including RPA) strategy and roadmap

Lead the architectural design, implementation, and governance of robust, scalable, and secure integration and RPA solutions

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable designs and acting as a trusted technical advisor

Evaluate, recommend, and drive the adoption of leading integration and RPA technologies and platforms, ensuring their long-term supportability, operational excellence, performance, and security

Oversee and define the support model for integration and RPA platforms and solutions, ensuring operational stability, effective incident/problem management, and continuous system health

Manage and optimize the total cost of ownership (TCO) for integration and RPA solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment

Manage relationships with key vendors and technology providers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
-
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
-
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in integrations or a similar area.
Technical Acumen:
- Strong understanding of integration platforms and hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite is a plus
- General understanding of RPA technologies, with hands-on experience with UIPath being a significant advantage
- Ability to contribute to solution design based on enterprise-level architectural guidelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google, AWS) is a plus.
Leadership & Business Insight:
- Experience in Line Management
- Familiarity with business processes; manufacturing business process knowledge is a strong advantage.
Problem-Solving & Communication:
- Capacity for high-level conceptualization and granular problem-solving
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills – both written and verbal
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal – as it's our corporate business language.
